To avoid any problems please ensure the information submitted matches that which is on the rent roll. Failure to do this may result in the tenant not receiving a discount.
A pdf file of your entries will be sent directly to the Allotment Officer and the association secretary. If the number of tenants exceeds the rows available please submit additional entries by reloading the form.
