BDAC are holding a series of further meetings in January 2023 to consult on the draft management agreement.
In addition to the main document proposed changes to the “Complaints Handling” system which many associations have found frustrating. Details of the system appear in both the Handbook and Schedule 8 appendix.

The Schedule 8 available for download may differ slightly from the one sent to the BCC for consideration as it is still under discussion within the Executive.
The New Agreement
BDAC are currently awaiting a response to issues raised in discussion with the BCC following a revised agreement being produced by the BDAC working party.
Particular areas of concern include the lack of training and support site officers and committees can access plus the expectation that these people take on addition responsibilities.
