IMPORTANT NEWS COVID-19 UPDATE
Birmingham City Council Allotment Department and the BDAC have relied upon the advice given by the National Society of Allotment and Leisure Gardeners (National Allotment Society)
The BDAC recommends that Birmingham’s Associations and plot holders should follow The National Society’s recommendations and at all times, be aware of any local restrictions imposed by the Government.

What actions are the BDAC taking?
- We are taking advice from the government , Birmingham City Council, and NSALG and updating instructions/guidance as and when we receive them.
- All BDAC meetings have been cancelled until further notice, however the Executive members are keeping in contact and the work of the Executive largely continues.
- Site visits from Exec members and advisers are cancelled until further notice. We can still be contacted by email, phone and normal post. Please contact us for any advice you need in these troubled times.
We are living through a crisis the likes of which none of us has experienced before, never before since war time, has the community spirit that exists on allotment sites been more important.
