Wins. Tell us about anything that’s happened this year on your site or
plot which you feel is worth celebrating more widely. Small challenges
that you (or others) have overcome are just as significant as major
achievements such as a successful event or a bumper harvest

Whinges. This is your opportunity to grumble about something site- or
plot-related which is irritating, or overly time-consuming and tedious, or
unnecessarily challenging or unreasonable – for plotholders or for
committees who are trying to manage their sites. Any solutions or ways
to address these could be included in your minute too!

Wisdom. Here’s one for both seasoned plotholders and newcomers.
Share your ideas, experience and practical ways to tackle any issue or
problem on your site or plot, to pass on to people on other sites.

Woes. We can all benefit from other people’s experience so tell us
about something negative (or positive?) that’s happened in recent years
on your site or plot and how you have dealt with it to move forward.
Who has helped in this process, if anyone?

Worries. As a plotholder or Association Committee member, you may
have concerns about the future as well as the present, for your site, your
members, the community. Tell us what these are and why. If you have
suggestions for a way forward and potential solutions, let’s hear them.
