Your allotment site may be on the schedule for a visit from members of the RHS Fruit, Vegetable and Herb committee between Friday and Sunday. If so, you will be contacted so you know the day and time of the visit and can make sure your plotholders wanting advice are present to ask their questions and show the visitors their plots.
RHS Question and Answer Panel Sessions
There will be two sessions to cater for people in different parts of the city: The first is on the evening of Friday 21st June, when the RHS visitors will be at Uplands Association site, 326 Oxhill Road, B21 8EX, from 5.30 pm. This should cater for people from North and West Birmingham.
On Saturday 22nd June, the Q & A session will be at Moor Green Association site, B13 8NL, from 5.30 pm. This should cater for people from South and East Birmingham but is open to any plotholder as long as you book in advance: space is limited. So if people on your site would like to meet face-to-face some of the leading lights in horticulture, this is your opportunity to quiz them about your plans, achievements and failures!
