Disappointing Service Offered by BCC and their chosen supplier WaterPlus
Association are reporting frustration when dealing with the charges for water on their site. In order to try and find out the level of dissatisfaction BDAC undertook a survey. Those results are now available for download.
They have been shared with the Allotment Officer and we are awaiting feedback
The returns show only some of the problems Treasurers and Secretaries face when dealing with Water Plus. The majority of these volunteers have neither the time nor the knowledge base to deal with a large enterprise such as Water Plus.
