The Show Committee have been working hard to make sure this years show is a great success. For those that don't know the show is moving to the Midlands Art Centre in Cannon Hill Park.

From the AGM report there are a couple of items that need attention.

  •  If Associations intend to exhibit a stand please let the show secretary know ASAP. Please don't wait until submitting entries by the due date. This will help in planing the space in the MAC.
  • This year we are running a raffle to win your allotment rent for info and full terms and conditions please see Plot Raffle page click link.  Plot Raffle
  • Over each of the three days there will be 7 tables available for associations to promote themselves . You don't have to have the tables for all the three days just one day. A great opportunity to promote your site.  To reserve a table contact Barbara Smith. 
  • We have the use of the MAC visual projection screen and Barbara needs material to make best use of it.
